Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our team in the Algarve, specializing in the mid-to-high and high-end residential market segment. Main responsibilities include:

• Personalized support to national and international buyers and property owners;

• Active prospecting and property sourcing in an assigned geographic area;

• Management and development of a portfolio of clients and properties.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related fields (preferred, but not mandatory);

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage or similar commercial roles;

• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and strong results orientation;

• International experience and excellent interpersonal skills are highly valued;

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and/or French is a plus;

• Comfortable with standard IT tools (Windows); experience with commercial BackOffice platforms is an advantage.
